Welcome to Philippines Best Realty

Well here we are again at that time of year!  It's time to get ready for Christmas!

I love the ‘ber’ months! It's my favorite season of all. Cool weather and all, embraces me and brings me to a sense of going deep within, in order to listen to messages that will make my life on the outside. In fact striking any sort of balance could be complicated as personal obligations could appear to interfere with professional ones. Oh well, I’d be realistic! I am only (SUPER!) human. All is well that ends well, especially if that ending includes leaving the past behind. Even if my plans do seem to be having a hard time getting good and grounded, I must keep surfing for ways to make the most of my talents and skills. The future is brighter than we know it, so I’ll stay open to change and "OH THE PLACES I'LL GO!" They just probably won't include the beach, the lake or anywhere full of monkeys and snakes!

I say 'Happy' September with some trepidation because although I do think that for much of this month that emotion will prevail, happiness may not exactly characterize what some of us feel about economics and other global events happening all around the world. These situations and circumstances will eventually free each one of us from past fears while additionally pointing us towards new frontiers but it may be a bit of bumpy ride getting there. September finally puts me back on track and brings me the future vision I may have lately been lacking - until now that is. I’LL GO FOR IT!  I am a winner and will stay that way! Either way, saddle up partner. And speaking of partners this will be a very relationship oriented month for me. I will make every effort to surround myself with ONLY supportive family and friends and then watch as one of them facilitates a tremendous opportunity… and one partner is my favorite kuya and friend Jim Ordoñez – licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of this website!

KNOW MORE ABOUT JIM ORDOÑEZ - The Real Estate Broker!
I met kuya Jim last September 2012, and I made my best effort, support and motivation possible for him to join my group at SunValley Estates. And here he is, giving me all the support he can muster to co-manage and motivate our group to become successful, no hesitation, no complain…
Kuya Jim left a career in insurance where he spent a good 16 years of his productive life, after a 13-year stint in the Middle East. Where before he immersed himself with information that has something to do with protection, investments, interest rates, inflation rates, etc. now he is more into TCT's, OCT's, registration, mortgage, and the like, and not to forget...floor area and lot area...location map, phase number, block number and lot number. Whereas he learned most of this by attending a review class in preparation for the broker's examination which the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC) requires before one can practice real estate service legitimately. Well, knowing a God fearing man, kind & generous, wise & smart, positively intelligent, always happy and all…he passed the broker's board exams easily! And according to him “that was the signal for me to go on”. And now he is telling me to attend the review classes and take the broker’s exam to become a broker like him…I’ll try, it may be difficult but I will do it! It’ll be easier for me to start because he is around to guide me along the way!!!

Meantime stay tuned, who knows, maybe by the first quarter of 2014, I'll have another 'gem' to share. Ahem. (Ring) fingers crossed.

Until then, stay cool. Stay calm. Stay collecting great memories that will carry you through all the rest of your wonderful life! And stay in touch! I promise to do same.

In This Corner...Broker's View

Groping, that is how I would describe my entry in the world of real estate. I was quite unsure what this new  arena would offer me. I felt that I just thrust myself blindly, albeit with some caution, into something that I know nothing about. But I told myself that I have to explore, for expectedly, there must be something better for me to do here. There was no hesitation. Just plain hard-headed decision to leave a career in insurance where I spent a good 16 years of my productive life, after a 13-year stint in the Middle East. Where before I immersed myself with information that has something to do with protection, investments, interest rates, inflation rates, etc. now I'm more into TCT's, OCT's, registration, mortgage, and the like, and not to forget...floor area and lot area. Hehe. But even before I could get my feet wet for this new undertaking, needless to say, I also have to equip myself with the necessary tools so that I could get to start right. Starting right to my mind is attending a review class in preparation for the broker's examination which the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC) requires before one can practice real estate service legitimately. Yes, I did pass the broker's board exams and that was the signal for me to go on. It was very difficult at first...not the exams...(hehe, I was lying...the exam(s) was difficult that I really felt I would not pass...maybe the reason I passed was my fervent prayer to St. Jude...but this is another story)...but the first baby steps. I did not know really where to start. Anyway this will call for another sequel to this blog. Meantime, I need to attend to some matters as the heavy rains keep pounding on our roof.......
